CERTIFIED ENNEAGRAM COACH

ABOUT ME

My journey with the Enneagram started in 2016. Accustomed to leadership roles, being asked to complete a “personality test” was not new to me. I thought it would catch my interest briefly, but I didn't anticipate that it might be overly useful or expect it to have any lasting impression.

Here’s where the Enneagram surprised me. From the moment I knew my “Type” (Hello Type 8!) things immediately started to come into focus. Having my core motivations and fears laid out for me, while exposing the way I show up in the world felt like an eerie palm reading—how could it know things about me that I had never even put together about myself?

  • At this point, when I was three years into a tumultuous time in my life and feeling completely lost, the Enneagram gave me a starting point. The awareness it provided slowly changed my life: my relationships, my understanding of how others see me, and my approach with others. The Enneagram began to shed light on why I behave the way I do and offered a roadmap for growth.

After years of self-discovery and healing, my path shifted to include supporting others on their journey. As a certified professional coach, I learned how to better identify our ‘why’, find creative solutions and set achievable goals for the future. Enneagram Coaching adds a critical piece that allows me to understand my clients on a different level: conflict styles, core tendencies, and spotting how they show up in stress and in growth. It’s almost like having access to their map to best support them on their journey. I'm passionate about utilizing this tool to empower both individuals and teams: guiding them towards self-awareness and growth, building stronger relationships, and working towards the life they always wanted. You belong here!

As a certified solution-focused coach, I know that you already have everything you need inside of you. By understanding what's really important and re-learning to trust in what's possible to support you in moving past the areas that you feel stuck, to see possibilities again, to reignite the fire in you, and to reach your goals.

Adding the Enneagram to your coaching immediately peels back several layers. It helps us better recognize how we react to stress and the ways we shift in growth. It identifies our strengths, weaknesses, habits, and shortcomings. Logically we know that not everyone sees the world the same way we do but most of us don't even realize how that lens is directing everything we do—or that we even have one. We operate so instinctively; we can feel frustrated with ourselves and with others when we aren't getting our needs met. Realizing that everyone has a lens (one they are JUST as motivated and directed by) gives us a foundation to understand ourselves and others in a way that allows for more understanding and compassion, with less irritation and unhealthy conflict.

Does the Enneagram put you in a box? It truly does the opposite. Instead, it helps us break free of the box we are already in. For those willing to put in the work and really invest in themselves, the Enneagram is an incredible tool to get you on the right path to improving your relationship with yourself and those around you.

If you are ready to make a real change: in yourself, in your relationships, or in your business, I’m ready to help you on that journey.

You are always your BEST investment.

Investing in your team IS investing in your business. The Enneagram not only supports self awareness and individual growth but also improves communication, supports conflict resolution, and better recognizes distinctive strengths and potential struggles. The Enneagram can give insight into individual and team culture, accentuates values and potential barriers, empowers the team with a deeper understanding of themselves and each other while highlighting avenues for growth and greater connection.

Together, we will create a custom plan for your individual team development and training. Once in-house training is complete, we’ll stay connected to address challenges that arise or to provide general support on how to best utilize the Enneagram with your people for maximum job satisfaction and performance.

Who we are and the way we show up in the world is so intrinsic that most of us routinely miss our blind spots, get caught up in our stories, and repeat behaviours that are keeping us stuck.

Our instincts are so ingrained in us; we operate on autopilot, unaware that they influence our actions and interactions. Those same instincts can be the very things holding us back from everything we ever wanted.

If you’re ready to make a change: to dive into your inner “why”, understand yourself, and acknowledge your tendencies on different level, you are in the right place. Knowing your Enneagram type is a great place to start in order to take baby steps towards your own growth and nurture your relationships.

Working with couples who are equally committed to learning more about who they are as individuals.

We’ll use your unique Enneagram combination to best support overcoming your relationship roadblocks with curiosity, compassion, and guided steps to move forward.

In these sessions we spend 45 minutes working with one partner (while the other partner simply observes, takes notes, compiles questions or key points) and then we’ll switch to the other partner. The session will end with 30 minutes together.

Unless you are completely certain of your Enneagram type, a Typing Session is our first step. The Enneagram helps us understand why we behave the way we do by looking at our core fears and desires. Since these motivations are often subconscious or even unconscious, discovering our type is a journey, not just a online report.

The Enneagram has a way of showcasing truths about ourselves that might be hard to face. It can highlight traits we've either tried to hide or never even noticed. While it can feel validating to be so accurately understood, it can also bring up feelings of shame, fear, or even anger.

It’s in confronting these uncomfortable truths that can lead to real growth. By reflecting and understanding what drives us, we can start taking small steps to change and finally break the patterns that have been holding us back. Let’s get started!
