Information shown on deenahelm.com or expressed during sessions is intended to be general information with respect to typical life issues. This information is offered in good faith. Clients with concerns that require a medical professional must choose a medical professional, it is  unethical for a life coach to offer support in areas that require professional guidance. Deena Helm coaching reserves that right to refuse service for any reason.Your personal identifiable information is never sold, traded, or given away.

Confidentiality: All sessions are 100% confidential. Your personal identifiable information is never sold, traded, or given away.

Appointments: If you are late to an appointment you may use the remaining time of the scheduled appointment but you may not exceed the allotted time. Payment is due up front.

Cancellations: 24 hour notice is required for cancellation of all appointments. You will be subject to the cost of $50 for sessions not cancelled in this time frame and full cost for no-shows or at-time of appointment cancellations. Cancellation fees must be paid prior to the next session. Deena Helm Coaching may terminate an agreement should there be an ongoing issue with cancellations. 

Refund Policy:. If I’m not the right fit, I will try to support you in finding someone who can better assist you. There are no refunds for services already provided.
